Organisationsanweisungen sind allgemeine organisatorische Festlegungen. Es handelt sich um keine Prozesse oder Abläufe. Sie schaffen Rahmenbedingungen, in denen Prozesse eingebettet sind. Beispiele für Organisationsanweisungen sind: Unterschriftenregelungen, Regelungen bzgl. der Corporate Identity (CI), Einkaufsvorschriften für Hard- und Softwareprodukte, Freigabegrenzen für Bestellungen etc. [...].
